Forest City Military Communities current military housing portfolio consists of approximately 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Colorado, Washington, Illinois and Tennessee for Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Northwest and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy’s and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program.

How To Apply to Forest City Military Community:
All officers and enlisted personnel with accompanying dependents are eligible to apply for housing! Simply review and complete the DD 1746, print, and fax to (847)688-6637. It’s that easy!
